Each customer using Galaktika Corporation solutions can use the service of installed software maintenance. Services are rendered as part of warranty maintenance and subscriber maintenance.

Maintenance and support services are operating at company headquarters, regional offices, and offices of partner companies, thus providing high quality of servicing to all the users irrespective of their location. No request of a customer will be left unattended – this is the policy of Galaktika Corporation.

Maintenance of solutions includes the following services:

  • Consulting of users by telephone through a hotline service;
  • Consulting of users in the office of Galaktika Corporation technical support department;
  • Consulting of users by e-mail;
  • On-site maintenance for urgent elimination of failures in the course of Galaktika ERP system operation;
  • Delivery of new versions of Galaktika ERP and other solutions (upon users’ request);
  • Access to information resources (e-mail consulting, incident control, patch repository, issue-related forums etc.);
  • Conversion of user data into the new version format in the office of the technical support department, or on-site;
  • Miscellaneous services.
